Andrei Kozliar

CEO

Andrei Kozliar is a British businessman with 20+ years of leadership in building and managing financial firms across Europe, focused on banking, fintech, and wealth management.

He has driven digital transformation and held executive roles at major European and U. S. institutions, including:

GE Money Bank
Boston Consulting Group
OTP Bank

He is currently a non-executive director at 11:FS, a digital finance consultancy, and sits on the Unex Bank supervisory board.

Gauthier Van Weddingen is an entrepreneur, executive, and business developer with over 40 years of managerial experience. He has established a robust track record across commercial banking, consulting, advertising, and direct marketing.

Over the past 15 years, he has focused on consumer credit, leading companies in Poland and Belgium for the French Galeries Lafayette Group, and later in Romania for Italy’s Unicredit Bank.

The two startups he founded in Romania and Poland evolved into profitable market leaders.

He is also a co-founder of Nero Renewables N. V. and Aquarius Energy Developments SRL, both active in the renewable energy sector.
